Option 2 – A Trip to Italy
This dinner begins with your choice of a Shrimp and Scallop Seafood Salad or Caesar Salad.
The star of the meal is the Homemade Manicotti (a light pasta with ricotta cheese filling) baked in a Marinara Sauce, served with Brasciole (a succulent, thin slice of meat wrapped around a stuffing) cooked in a Red Sauce. Accompanying this course are Roasted Italian Vegetables lightly kissed with a Balsamic Dressing and Tuscan Bread with garlic compound butter.
Dessert consists of a Crespelle, a crepe filled with Hazelnut Spread and fresh Raspberries/Strawberries, topped with a light Whipped Cream or Affogatto a blend of coffee and Gelato
Option 3 - Beef Wellington Please…
This classic dinner starts with a Wedge Salad (Iceberg Lettuce with a creamy Ranch Dressing topped with crispy Bacon).
The main course offers a Beef Wellington, Beef Tenderloin smothered in Sautéed Mushrooms and wrapped in Pastry, Horseradish Sauce on the side. Served with your choice of Twice Baked Potatoes or Hassleback Potatoes with a fresh Green Bean Salad.
Dessert is a choice of Chocolate Eclairs or Tiramisu.
